Paarthurnax from The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim.

Paarthurnax is an old and courteous dragon dedicated to meditation and study of the Way of the Voice, denying the draconic desire for domination that once led him to evil. After years of seclusion atop a mountain, he has a great weakness for tinvaak or conversation, esecially with other dragons. He is prone to pepper his speech with phrases or sentences in the Dragon Tongue, which may be translated here, although usually he adds a translation himself.
